Reasons why I love living here:• Beach is 5 minutes from my house.• Mediterranean weather all year around•The PCH (1) literally runs right through the city• Malibu is 20 minutes away• Santa Monica/ Venice Beach are 50 minutes away• Los Angeles is an hour away• Hollywood is 45 minutes away (with out traffic)• Santa Barbara is 45 minutes away• Six Flags Magic Mountain is 50 minutes away• Disneyland is about 2 hours away• Population is barely about 200,000 (not too big nor too small)• The snow/mountains are about an hour and a half away• 19th largest city in California• 113th largest city in the United States• James Cameron has a home here It’s such a perfect location to live in. It’s right in the middle of everything!
